Each case features a large, single piece curved glass display window for maximum viewing area, as well as sliding glass doors on the rear for easy cleaning and food access. The floor is of stainless steel, so that it’s long-lasting and easy to clean. The compressor, which is hidden behind stylish black coated steel, can be located on the right side of the case. The power switch is found on the outside of the case. A factory set temperature of 38F can be maintained in ambient environments of up to 80F. No temperature controls are provided. Everest provides a 3 year warranty on parts & labor, 5 year warranty on electrical components, and 10 year warranty on the compressor.
