An electric drop-in Halo Heat Hot Food Well Unit allows you to add Alto-Shaam’s quality to any existing counter or food prep table with a sneeze guard and overhead lighting. Sometimes replacement parts can be better than the original. It’s the practical way to bring the best to your restaurant or buffet. Here’s a stainless steel model which holds three 12 inch x 20 inch full size pans. The pans aren’t included. At 6-3/8 inch deep, it accommodates 6 inch deep pans. It’s thermostatically controlled, with a setting range of 1 to 10, and a heat indicator light. The thermostat can be flush-mounted to a counter-top.
