This model uses only .67 gallons of water per rack, less than many other door-type dishwashers on the market. A door-actuated start and self-draining stainless steel pump and impeller make it faster and simpler for employees to operate this dish machine. The pillarless design makes loading, unloading, and cleaning much simpler with less obstacles. It is also equipped with digital controls with status indicators that are simple for operators to access and use. This unit can handle up to 60 racks per hour and requires a 208-240V, 3 phase electrical connection for operation.
