The Turbo Chef HHC2020 is a High h Conveyor Oven that boasts ventless operation to eliminate the need for ventilation hoods in the kitchen. This high end oven with 20″W belt has a compact design that allows users to fit it anywhere in the kitchen without occupying too much counter space. The oven features 430 series stainless steel top, back, front, sides, and interior for a reliable performance. The external panels and covers are cool-to-touch for user safety. The mono-finger design of this oven ensures easy and quick cleaning.
This impinger oven is designed for uniform and quick cooking. This unit has (2) 6″ conveyor extensions for easy loading and unloading of food items. The high speed conveyor belt is reversible and allows users to feed food from either direction for increased work efficiency. The top and bottom air impingement are controlled independently for thorough cooking. This unit enters a low-power state when not in use for energy conservation. The self-diagnostic feature monitors its components and performance to alert users in case maintenance is required. This oven includes a built-in catalytic filtration to minimize the amount of odor, grease, and smoke emitted during its operation.
This impinger oven operates on blower motors with variable speed for customized cooking. It includes a 6 ft cord and plug set for easy installation and requires a 208/240V, 50/60 Hz, 3-phase electrical connection.
