The True TSSU-27-08-HC sandwich and salad prep table offer versatile temperature control, allowing users to adjust settings between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit to cater to various applications. Its self-contained design houses a refrigeration system utilizing the eco-friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, ensuring efficient temperature maintenance. In the event of a system issue, the accessible condenser at the rear, featuring a slide-out design, facilitates easy maintenance.
The condensing fan motor operates in reverse for 20 seconds upon compressor startup, effectively clearing dust and debris from the condensing coil. Regular utilization of this feature, coupled with routine maintenance, enhances the unit’s overall commercial longevity.
The top section of the prep table accommodates eight sixth-size, 4-inch-deep polycarbonate pans, included with the unit. For customized configurations or deeper pans, operators can utilize adapter bars. A foam-insulated hood assembly with a built-in lid safeguards the pan area, preserving cold air and preventing contamination. The full-length cutting board provides a convenient workspace for ingredient preparation and product assembly.
Additional storage is available in the base of the True TSSU-27-08-HC prep table, featuring two corrosion-resistant, coated wire shelves.
