The Traulsen TBC5-50 is an undercounter blast chiller that can take 50 pounds of product from 135°F to 40°F in only 85 minutes. The unit has a side mounted compressor and features a stainless steel interior and exterior. It has 1 door and includes 5 pairs of tray slides. This unit holds from 40-75 lbs. with capacity for up to five 18″Wx26″D pans. Program options include: target temperature, target time and product recall.
