The Southbend 4484EE-3CR is a 48″ commercial gas range built for high-efficiency cooking in demanding restaurant environments. This model features (1) star/sauté burner at the front and (1) non-clog burner at the rear, providing versatility for various cooking techniques with standard grates. On the right side, a 36″ charbroiler offers a perfect solution for grilling, searing, and adding that signature grilled flavor to dishes.
Two space-saver ovens come with battery spark ignition, offering easy and reliable start-ups and include one rack per oven. The 22-1/2″ flue riser with shelf provides convenient additional workspace for utensils or ingredients. Constructed with stainless steel for durability, the unit features a stainless steel front, sides, and shelf, while the 6″ adjustable legs ensure easy installation and leveling.
