Your Reach-In Freezer is one of the most important pieces of equipment in your restaurant. This strapping unit is fully constructed of stainless steel, both inside and out, and has 2.5 inch of polyurethane insulation provided to help maintain it’s chill. With 48 cubic feet of storage. space is provided for all your frozen perishables. Its refrigeration is self-contained, and located on the top of the unit. R-134A refrigerant is used with the system, due to its being environmentally friendly. The air defrost is adjustable, and can be set on a schedule to operate at any time range between every 3 to every 12 hours. It’s termination is controlled by both time and temperature, so that it’s fail-safe. The lockable, self-closing doors are field-reversible. They have recessed handles and rounded corners. A snap-in magnetic gasket can be removed for cleaning or replacement. Door frame heaters prevent the build-up of condensation on the doors. Six epoxy coated wire shelves, or three per each section, are provided with this unit. The interior lighting is safety-shielded, so that bumps don’t become breaks. The temperature range is from -10 to 32F, and is set or adjusted using push buttons. A digital display allows you to follow up on your internal at a glance. A microchip monitoring system keeps track of several functions of the freezer, including verifying the accuracy of the temperature. This freezer is placed on casters.
