The True TMC-34-HC milk cooler, designed to accommodate eight standard milk crates, ensures convenient access with a drop front door and flip-up top door, both equipped with locks to deter product theft. Its exterior features a non-peel, white laminated vinyl surface that resists scratches, dents, and smudges, while the interior boasts a clear-coated aluminum liner and stainless steel floor, providing durability for frequent use. The structure is reinforced by foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation and a powder-coated steel frame rail.
Operational efficiency is maintained by a capillary tube system that circulates R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, allowing the unit to sustain a temperature range between 33 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit. An exterior digital display facilitates easy monitoring of the set temperature. The condensing unit, accessible through the back grille, can be slid out for maintenance. Even air circulation within the cabinet is ensured by the fan motors. The True TMC-34-HC milk cooler complies with NSF/ANSI Standard 7, making it suitable for holding packaged and bottled products.
To mitigate buildup on the condensing coil, the condensing fan motor directs air towards the coil for 20 seconds when the compressor activates. This mechanism effectively eliminates dirt and debris, contributing to the coil’s prolonged efficiency and the unit’s overall lifespan. However, it’s important to note that while this design enhances performance, regular preventive maintenance for the condensing coil remains essential for optimal long-term operation.
