Production
This dispenser has a 7-pound storage capacity and is capable of producing up to 196 pounds of popular chewable nugget ice per day – enough to serve 75 customers. Scotsman is the pioneer of nugget ice, producing a product up to 20% softer than competitor ice.
Construction
This model features a clean, attractive, black plastic housing with AgION® antimicrobial technology infused into key components for increased sanitation and peace of mind. The refrigeration system is fully sealed to eliminate the risk for outside contamination.
Footprint
This dispenser measures 17.54″H x 16.05″W x 23.89″D and is applicable for countertop placement or freestanding use when paired with the HSTCD16-A stand (sold separately).
Electrical
This unit uses a 115V, single-phase electrical connection to deliver 3,200 BTUs of cooling per hour, utilizing environmentally-friendly R290 refrigerant. A 6-foot power cord with NEMA 5-15 plug is included.
Certifications
This unit is NSF and AHRI certified and cULus listed with an ADA-compliant dispensing area. Designed, engineered and assembled in the USA.
