The manual food chopper is made with simple pop-in, pop-out blade accessories that makes switching from dicing onions to wedging oranges a breeze in your busy commercial kitchen. The thermoset blade on the chopper is easy to clean, never needs adjusted, and will never corrode. New serrated blades require up to 50% less force than straight blades without compromising the food quality. Easily clean the pusher block with the new cleaning tool that conveniently stows away in the pusher block assembly so it is always close by. With a tall base design, the food chopper fits containers up to 6″ tall underneath to catch the food as it is done being sliced, diced, or wedge. To change the chopping mode, pop-in and pop-in new blade accessories to cut large fruits and vegetables in the full 5″ square cutting area.
