The Cadco PS-CBC-6CP adds flexibility to your Cadco specialty carts! The cold bay pan holder kit is made of a stainless steel pan holder that houses (2) included half size 6″ deep Cambro ColdFest(TM) pans with Cambro Clear Lids. The kit was designed to easily switch a Cadco buffet server cart bay from hot to cold and back again without any tools! Measures 20-7/8″Wx13-7/8″Dx7″H. 2.6 cu. ft.

Simply manually loosen panholder locking knobs on the cart hot bay/double buffet server that you wish to convert to cold

Remove the original “hot” pan holder

Slide the PS-CBC-6CP into place

Re-tighten the knobs

Insert pre-frozen Cambro ColdFest Pans (or equivalent) into the Pan Holder

Load with pre-chilled food
