Description
The True T-19FZ-HC reach-in freezer ensures a consistent temperature of 0 degrees Fahrenheit, and its external display allows staff members to easily monitor the unit. Using R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant in a capillary tube system, this freezer maintains a cool environment. The evaporator is protected by an epoxy coating, and both the evaporator and condenser fans work consistently to reduce heat. With a bottom-mounted condensing unit, the freezer operates in the coolest area of the kitchen.
To enhance system efficiency, the fan motor reverses for 20 seconds at startup, effectively clearing debris, dust, and dirt from the condenser coil. Regular automatic cleaning of this integral component ensures reliable and efficient operation, reducing energy consumption and maintaining optimal storage temperatures. While the reversing motor contributes to extending the unit’s lifespan, it does not eliminate the need for routine preventative maintenance.
Featuring a stainless steel floor and aluminum liner, the interior of the True T-19FZ-HC reach-in freezer is resistant to scratches, dents, and corrosion. Polyurethane insulation is foamed in place for structural support and effective cold air retention. The black, powder-coated frame rail adds stability and is mounted with castors for mobility. Inside the cabinet, products are stored on three adjustable shelves coated in PVC for corrosion resistance. The stainless steel door is equipped with a recessed handle and a lock for added security.
