Black Diamond 90,000 BTU floor standing gas deep fryer is constructed of a 16 gauge stainless steel tank and has a thermostat range of 200° F (93°C) to 400°F (204°C). Long lasting stainless steel baffles are mounted in the heat exchange tubes to provide maximum heating and combustion efficiency. A standing pilot light design provides a ready flame when heat is required and an automatic shut off function when the fryer temperature exceeds 450°F (232°C).
