Description
This drop-in Hot Modular warmer comes with six wells that are thermostatically controlled to allow precise temperature for each well. It also comes with a manifold that drains and an auto-fill reservoir when hooked up to a water supply and drain line. It has a flange that prevents dripping and each well is 6-3/8″ deep. The most advantageous part of this hot food unit is that it can operate in either moist or dry conditions. The side dial controls operate on 625 watts per well.
