The True STA2H-2S heated holding cabinet is designed to safely hold cooked and baked foods at serving temperatures in commercial foodservice environments. The cabinet maintains holding temperatures from 140°F to 180°F and is not intended to heat cold or ambient products. It features a stainless steel exterior with aluminum interior side walls and back and stainless steel floor and ceiling for durability and easy sanitation. Built for consistent heat distribution and humidity control, this unit is ideal for bakeries, cafeterias, and high-volume kitchens requiring dependable hot food holding.
