This heated Carving Shelf, is made of 18 gauge stainless steel and comes with an ON / OFF power switch and one indicator light. It’s created to preserve a your foods at a safe temperature without further cooking them. The base of this meat carving station offers three settings of LOW / MEDIUM / HIGH heat. This commercial carving board with a gravy lane is removable and USDA certified. It sits under a 250 watt infrared heat lamp, controlled by a separate power switch, which maintains the ambient temperature around your food. The recessed surface catches the meat’s drippings and comes with one set of 1″ legs. It comes with a framed, clear acrylic, customer glass breath guard. EcoSmart® technology is built into the unit, causing it to use electricity gingerly.
