Description
The Frigos FGV-PZPT-44 is a 44-inch, single-door refrigerated pizza prep table with 10.9 cubic feet of base storage and a raised top rail for ingredient pans. Unlike sandwich prep tables, pizza prep tables are built taller at 41-3/4 inches to accommodate the standing posture of pizza makers working with dough, and the top rail is designed to hold deeper pans for cheese, sauce, and toppings.
The top rail maintains temperatures between 32°F and 40°F while the single-door base compartment with one adjustable shelf stores dough balls, backup cheese, sauce containers, and other ingredients. Stainless steel exterior with Cyclopentane insulation and a 1/6 HP back-mounted compressor on R290 refrigerant (2.89 KW per 24 hours).
At 44 inches wide, this is the entry-level pizza prep station — right for a single pizza maker running a small menu. The granite or stainless prep surface provides workspace for stretching dough right next to your toppings.
Best for: Small pizzerias, food trucks, sports bars with pizza programs, and any kitchen that makes pizza but doesn’t need a full 67″ or 93″ prep station.
