A dependable 1/4-horsepower motor powers the top-mounted compressor, providing the cabinet with a continuous stream of cold air through its unique ducted air-distribution system. This helps maintain a steady and constant temperature. Foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation also helps the refrigerator keep its cool temps steady to extend the life of the ingredients stored inside.
Designed for long-lasting use, this Hoshizaki R1A-FS One-Door Reach-In Refrigerator features a durable stainless steel exterior (front, sides, top) and interior that resists corrosion and rust. Plus, it’s easy to clean, too. In addition to that durable construction, the R1A-FS includes three adjustable, epoxy-coated wire shelves with stainless steel supports, as well as four 4″ stem casters that make the unit easier to move during routine cleaning and maintenance. The refrigerator’s door even has a convenient stay open function that makes loading and unloading products a breeze.
