Pizza Prep Tables are one of the most popular, highly-used pieces of restaurant equipment due to the popularity of pizza. This 23 cubic foot table has one section, with four pull-out drawers, and a work surface/prep area supplied with pans and covered by a hinged lid. The exterior of the table is 430 stainless steel, and everything else is 304 stainless steel. Its refrigeration is side-mounted, and the panel containing it can be easily removed for cleaning and maintenance. The condenser coil can also be removed for cleaning. R-134A refrigerant is used. An air defrost feature both starts and stops based on the temperature of the unit, so prefect operating condition is always maintained. The drawers have recessed handles and rounded corners for a smoother, more modern appeal. Each can hold two full-size pans, for a total capacity of eight full-size pans. Two and a half inches of polyurethane insulation helps to keep them at the proper temperature. A magnetic gasket snaps in and can be removed quite simply for cleaning. Frame heaters staunch the build up of condensation. Low friction metal bearing slides make opening and closing easier. The prep area also has 1/2 inch of insulation. A sanitary cutting board that’s 1/4″Deep is supplied. It’s removable and adjustable. Nine one-third sized PVC pans are also supplied with the unit. The temperature range of 33 to 41F is set by using push buttons and monitored by a microchip. A digital display allows you to check its accuracy at a glance. The table rests on 4 inch casters. The front casters have locking brakes.
