Drawered pizza prep table has 2 Drawers/1 Door. Raised top rail keeps condiments below 41°F and above freezing with lids open or closed. Forced air refrigeration cools three ways: slightly over pans, mostly under pans and into the cabinet directly. Barrier duct design prevents spillage from getting into interior from top of cabinet. Cartridge-style door hinges eliminate door sag. Door section holds up to 18″Wx26″D sheet pans. Two epoxy-coated steel wire shelves included. Drawers slide open smoothly and easily, and locking mechanism prevents them from being pulled free of cabinet. Drawers accommodate up to (1) full-size and (3) sixth-size pans up to 6″ deep.
