One 12 inch x 20 inch full size pan, which isn’t included, fits perfectly into the stainless steel unit with a large flange for a smoother fit. It’s 6-3/8 inch deep, so it’s designed for 6 inch deep pans. It’s also thermostatically controlled, with a setting range of 1 to 10, and a heat indicator light. The control is attached with a water-tight tether and can be either wall or counter-top mounted. Water isn’t added to the unit, so no drain is necessary. You also avoid steam burns and the build-up of lime and scale.
