This one-section sandwich prep table features a stainless steel top that holds up to eight 1/6-size pans, allowing you to keep veggies, meats, cheeses, and more refrigerated and fresh. The prep table also has two epoxy-coated shelves to store even more ingredients. A 10″ cutting board is provided to make slicing, chopping, and other food prep simpler. This Beverage-Air sandwich prep table boasts a stainless steel exterior and aluminum interior, meaning it’s built to withstand the rigors of everyday commercial use.
