The mitt’s outer shell is made of cotton with a flame-retardant coating that protects at temperatures up to 400°F. The oven mitt also has extra heat protection between the thumb and forefinger, as well as an ambidextrous design for both right- and left-handed staffers. The oven mitt comes with an attached loop to hang when not in use.
