In a busy restaurant kitchen, a Sandwich Prep Table offering 8.5 cubic feet of storage space can be a wonderful addition, because you can store all your sandwich ingredients where you’ll be using them. This saves time, and keeps you safely out of the way of people bustling through the kitchen constantly. Here’s a two section unit with two hinged doors which is made of stainless steel. Two and a half inches of polyurethane foam insulation are added to help maintain its chilly temperature. Back-mounted refrigeration has a slide-out condenser which is easy to clean and maintain, and uses R-134A refrigerant. This is also a front-breathing refrigerator, so it lends itself to a built-in application. The electrically timed air defrost operates at your convenience. Rounded corners and recessed handles set the doors apart and give them a more stylish appeal. The snap-in magnetic gasket can be cleaned or replaced effortlessly. Frame heaters have been added to staunch the build-up of condensation on the doors. Another 1/2 inch of insulation protects the prep area, which features a a sliding sanitary cutting board that’s 1/4 inch thick, and can be removed and adjusted. Eight 1/6 size PVC pans will fit on the prep area. The temperature range of 33 to 41F is set and adjusted using an analog thermostat. The table rests on casters, two of which have locking brakes.
