The Frigos FGV-SWPT-60 is a 60-inch, two-door refrigerated sandwich and salad prep table with 17.8 cubic feet of base storage and a top rail holding 16 sixth-size (1/6) pans. The wider surface gives your team more cutting board workspace and four additional ingredient pans compared to the 48-inch model.
The top rail keeps toppings between 33°F and 40°F while the two solid-door base compartments store backup inventory on adjustable shelves. Stainless steel exterior with Cyclopentane insulation and a 1/5 HP back-mounted compressor on R290 refrigerant (4.59 KW per 24 hours).
At 45-3/8 inches tall — standard prep height — and 60 inches wide, this unit provides enough surface area for two team members working shoulder-to-shoulder during a rush. Casters allow repositioning for cleaning.
