The Jackson AJX-66CE is a high temperature, single tank conveyor commercial dishwasher that is fully automatic, including auto-fill, and features Adjust-A-Peak adjustable conveyor speed to allow the operator to extend the wash time and rinse contact for heavy soil conditions without impeding energy efficiency.
This unit cleans 225 racks per hour and uses only 0.68 gallons of water per rack. Jackson’s exclusive EnergyGuard control system cuts idle energy use and lowers chemical and detergent usage by operating the machine only when a rack is being washed or rinse.
