The Southbend 4602CC-5R is a 60″ commercial gas range designed for high-efficiency cooking in demanding restaurant kitchens. It features three non-clog burners on the front right, two Pyromax burners on the rear right, and four non-clog burners on the left side. All burners come with wavy grates for consistent heat distribution. The unit includes a standing pilot, two storage cabinets, and a 22-1/2″ flue riser with shelf. Its stainless steel front, sides, and shelf, along with 6″ adjustable legs, ensure durability and stability. With 287,000 BTU, this range is CSA and NSF certified.
