Description
The True STA1H-2HS is a Spec Series® reach-in mobile heated cabinet with three adjustable chrome-plated wire shelves that can accommodate products of varying heights. It features two Dutch doors with magnetic gaskets to prevent warm air leakage. The doors will automatically close if opened less than 120 degrees, but they can remain open past 120 degrees for convenient loading and unloading. The unit is equipped with metal handles for easy door operation and bolt-style locks to secure the contents.
This mobile heated cabinet generates heat consistently through its stainless steel heating element and low-velocity fans that circulate warm air. It can maintain a user-selected temperature between 140 and 180 degrees Fahrenheit, with temperature readings displayed externally in either Fahrenheit or Celsius. Humidity levels can be controlled using a manual vent located on the top of the cabinet. The unit is mobile thanks to 5-inch-diameter castors, with a locking front set for stability. It is constructed from stainless steel and aluminum, making it resistant to corrosion and dents. The walls are insulated with Ecomate, a polyurethane foam.
