Description
The True STA1HPT-1G-1S is a Spec Series® pass-thru mobile heated cabinet designed to keep baked and cooked food warm, featuring a pass-thru design that connects the back of the house to the front. It is constructed with stainless steel on the exterior front and sides, as well as the interior floor and ceiling, making it resistant to corrosion and dents. The interior back and walls are made of aluminum for easy cleaning. The walls are insulated with Ecomate, a polyurethane insulation that helps retain warm air. This cabinet can maintain temperatures between 140 and 180 degrees Fahrenheit.
The unit’s heating element is made of stainless steel, which heats quickly and evenly. Low-velocity fans circulate warm air throughout the cabinet. Users can control humidity levels by adjusting the vent on top of the cabinet, and an external display shows the internal temperature in both Fahrenheit and Celsius. The cabinet is mobile, thanks to 5-inch-diameter castors, with a front set that locks for stability.
This mobile heated cabinet has a pass-thru design, with two doors. The front door is constructed of low-e, double-pane glass, while the rear door is made of solid stainless steel. Both doors feature metal handles for easy operation and bolt locks to secure the contents. They self-close to conserve energy but can stay open past 120 degrees for loading and unloading. Magnetic gaskets in each door frame prevent warm-air leaks, and three PVC-coated wire shelves inside support products.
