The left section operates as a refrigerator maintaining temperatures from 33°F to 38°F, while the right section functions as a freezer maintaining temperatures down to -10°F. It uses two independent, factory-balanced refrigeration systems with environmentally friendly refrigerants for reliable and energy-efficient operation. Built with a stainless steel exterior and aluminum interior side walls and back with stainless steel floor and ceiling, this unit delivers durability, sanitation, and dependable temperature control for demanding foodservice operations.
