Designed to hold cabinet temperatures between 33°F and 38°F, it supports optimal food preservation while improving workflow between prep and service areas. Featuring Low-E double-pane glass swing doors on both the front and rear, this model provides excellent product visibility without sacrificing temperature stability. The unit operates on a factory-engineered, self-contained refrigeration system using environmentally friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, and is constructed with a stainless steel exterior and aluminum interior side walls and back with stainless steel floor and ceiling for durability and sanitation.
