Description
The True TMC-58-S-DS-HC milk cooler is engineered to accommodate 16 standard milk crates, with reinforced floor racks providing additional support, considering the weight of fully loaded crates with milk cartons. The floor itself is strengthened to ensure durability. To enhance operational efficiency, doors are integrated on both sides of the cooler, facilitating milk access from either side and catering to the simultaneous serving needs of two cafeteria lines. Each side features a pair of doorsone flipping up and the other dropping downconstructed from heavy-duty stainless steel and equipped with locks for securing cartons.
Equipped with a forced-air design, the fans within the True TMC-58-S-DS-HC milk cooler work in tandem to uniformly distribute cold air throughout the cabinet, ensuring that the air maintains the specified temperature. Operators have the flexibility to set the temperature within a range of 33 to 38 degrees Fahrenheit, with the level prominently displayed on the exterior for easy monitoring.
Embracing environmental responsibility, the unit utilizes R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant as an eco-friendly alternative to traditional refrigerants. A notable feature is the reverse condensing fan motor, which directs air in the opposite direction for 20 seconds when the compressor starts, effectively removing debris from the condensing coil’s surface. This mechanism, complemented by routine preventive maintenance practices, contributes to reduced energy consumption and a cleaner coil, promoting optimal cooling efficiency. The enhanced functionality of the coil further extends the overall performance and lifespan of the unit.
