The True TMC-58-S-SS-HC milk cooler utilizes an efficient forced-air refrigeration system with electronically commutated fans for uniform cold air distribution. Operators can set temperatures between 33 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit, displayed externally. Accessing the refrigeration system is easy through the slide-out condensing unit.
A unique feature is the condensing fan motor, which reverses for 20 seconds during compressor startup to remove debris from the coil’s surface, enhancing efficiency and lifespan. Regular preventive maintenance is still recommended.
The milk cooler has two lockable doors, one top-flip and one front-drop, accommodating 16 standard milk crates. It boasts stainless steel construction inside and out for durability, rust resistance, and easy cleaning.
