The True TRCB-82-84 Chef Base is a versatile kitchen unit featuring a one-piece stainless steel top that can support up to 1,084 pounds. Its drip-resistant edge prevents spills from reaching the floor, and the recessed drawer handles allow for easy movement while working.
The left drawers can accommodate three full-size food pans each, while the right drawers hold two full-size food pans. These drawers are well-insulated with dense polyurethane foam and gaskets, ensuring optimal temperature retention. You can set the internal temperature between 33 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit using R134A refrigerant and capillary tubes. A self-lubricating evaporator fan circulates cold air, and the digital display on the exterior allows for temperature monitoring. Convenient service access is provided as the cooling components are self-contained and easily slide out from the side.
