The True TSSU-27-12M-B is a Mega-Top Prep Table designed to store ingredients and prepare signature sandwiches, salads, subs, and much more. This sandwich table is suitable for small food service establishments like sub shops and pizzerias and does not take up a lot of space in the kitchen. The exterior of this table features durable and corrosion-resistant stainless steel top, ends, and front with aluminum back. The interior has clear-coated aluminum lining and stainless steel floor that ensures easy cleaning and maintenance. The entire cabinet structure is foamed-in-place with insulation to ensure structural strength and enhanced energy efficiency.
This prep table is used to hold ingredients in (3) ninth-size pans and (9) sixth-size pans. These pans are covered with insulated hood and lid to keep the stored food items fresh and cold for long hours. The unit includes a full-length cutting board that offers plenty of preparation space and can be easily removed at the time of cleaning. The prep table features (1) self-closing door that stays open up to 90° for quick and easy access. The cabinet space includes (2) PVC coated wire shelves that can be adjusted within increments of 1/2″ to load different food pans and trays.
True commercial prep table features a self-contained refrigeration system that uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant to maintain the temperature between 33°F and 41°F. The table includes 11 ft cord and NEMA 5-15P plug set and requires a 115V, 60 Hz, 1-phase electrical connection. It stands firmly on (4) 5″ stem casters with locks at the front side for maximum strength on uneven kitchen surfaces.
