Measuring 48 3/8 inches in width, 31 1/8 inches in depth, and 42 inches in height, the prep table is supported by four 5-inch diameter castors, facilitating customizable configurations and easy movement for cleaning purposes. The top of the prep table boasts a generous cutting board measuring 11 3/4 inches in depth, spanning the width of the table, and can be swiftly removed for convenient cleaning.
Shipped with 8 sixth-size clear polycarbonate food pans, the True TSSU-48-08-HC~SPEC3 is tailored for holding classic sandwich and salad ingredients such as lettuce, cheese, and cold cuts. Each food pan, measuring 6 7/8 inches long by 6 1/4 inches wide by 4 inches deep, is placed in a recessed opening at the top, featuring an insulated stainless steel cover to retain cold air and preserve the freshness of the food.
The refrigerated cabinets in the base are equipped with a stainless steel-lined interior, featuring coved corners to facilitate cleaning by minimizing food debris accumulation.
