The forced-air refrigeration system maintains a specified temperature ranging from 33 to 41 degrees Fahrenheit in both the cabinet interior and food pans. Guided airflow ensures uniform temperatures, reducing energy usage. The sealed, self-lubricating evaporator fan motor requires minimal upkeep, while the capillary tube system utilizes eco-friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and is self-contained for easy servicing.
When coupled with regular maintenance, the reverse condensing fan motor enhances the efficiency of the condensing coil. Upon each compressor startup, the fan motor reverses direction for 20 seconds, eliminating dust and debris from the coil. This feature contributes to improved interior temperatures, ensuring the stored products remain cool.
The True TSSU-60-16-DS-ST-HC salad and sandwich prep table is equipped with two full-width cutting boards on each side, facilitating the assembly of sandwiches and salads simultaneously. Toppings are organized in 16 sixth-size, clear polycarbonate pans within the cutout, and insulated lids cover these pans to maintain topping freshness. The lids can be easily removed for unrestricted access to ingredients, and additional food storage is available in the refrigerated, insulated base. To accommodate varying storage needs, the four wire shelves are removable and adjustable.
