The Turbo Air TST-60SD-24-N-SL Super Deluxe prep table is built tough with stainless steel, ensuring it’s resistant to scratches and rust. It features a spacious 91⁄2-inch-wide polyethylene cutting board, and the high-density polyurethane foam insulation keeps food cold for hours. Thanks to its self-cleaning condenser, dust and dirt are removed daily to prevent system malfunctions. The interior is well-lit with LED lighting, and the fan stops when the door is open.
This prep table has a self-contained refrigeration system and a corrosion-resistant coated evaporator, keeping food between 33 and 39 degrees Fahrenheit. It includes (24) 4-inch-deep, sixth-size food pans for the top compartment, and a Cold Bunker system ensures temperatures stay below 41 degrees Fahrenheit. The sliding lid provides easy access, and four 4-inch-diameter swivel casters are included for mobility.
