Because the Univex SRMF20 planetary mixer comes with a dough hook, batter beater, and wire whip, it can mix a variety of doughs and batters, and its No. 12 hub can accept other attachments, which are sold separately. The variable speed drive enables it to operate at any speed within its range or at the four preset speeds for efficient use. While mixing, ingredients can be added through the chute, and the speed can be adjusted without stopping. Interlock switches disable operation if the safety guard is open or the bowl is lowered, protecting the user from injury. The Univex SRMF20+ planetary mixer features a heavy-duty, 20-quart stainless steel bowl, and its two-piece safety guard is dishwasher safe. Product Details
