Description
The Vulcan VBP18 is a transport and holding cabinet that is thoroughly heated to store food at optimum temperature. This heated cabinet is ideal for catering services, banquets, buffets, and restaurants to maintain food quality until it is served. The unit includes (2) half-sized Dutch doors with side-mounted handles for easy operation. The doors are field-reversible and include magnetic door latch for a secure seal that prevents hot air from escaping. The cabinets include (15) sets of adjustable tray slides that can easily hold up to (36) 12″x20″ or (18) 18″x26″ sheet pans.
This commercial cabinet has a knob-operated electronic control to adjust the holding temperature up to 190°F. The digital display system helps users monitor and regulate the temperature easily. The holding cabinet uses a blower motor and operates on 1500 Watts of heating power for maximum heat distribution and temperature recovery.
The interior and exterior of this transport and holding cabinet are made of 20-gauge stainless steel for a durable and reliable performance. The sides and top of this unit are insulated for maximum heat retention. The cabinet has an integrated steel frame for strength and structural integrity.
The Vulcan holding cabinet includes a rear-mounted 8 ft cord and NEMA 5-15 plug for easy installation. It requires a 120V, 60 Hz, 1-phase electrical connection. The cabinet comes equipped with (2) 5″ rigid casters and (2) 5″ swivel casters with brakes for easy maneuverability.
