The Coal-Fired Fire Deck 9660 oven presents a grand entrance with its 54-inch wide by 10-inch high door opening. Its cooking surface spans 68 inches in width by 44 inches in depth, offering a sumptuous 21-square-foot area for culinary creations. Crafted for superior performance with coal combustion, this oven achieves an optimal balance of top and bottom heat, ensuring exquisite cooking results.
Innovatively designed, it incorporates an air plenum beneath the deck, facilitating efficient coal combustion. Complementing its coal-fired prowess, this model features a gas-fired radiant flame (RFG) wall on one side, positioned opposite the coal fire, and a meticulously controlled gas Underfloor Infrared (IR) burner beneath the oven deck.
Ensuring robustness and longevity, a tensioned steel exoskeleton envelops the hearth and dome perimeter. Swathed in spun ceramic fiber insulation and requiring only a minimal 1-inch side clearance to combustibles, the oven’s monolithic cast-ceramic 4-inch thick hearth and dome rest atop a sturdy black-painted steel stand. The oven’s exterior, including its front, top, back, and sides, is elegantly finished with galvanized steel.
Arriving fully assembled, ETL Listed, and proudly crafted in the USA, this oven stands poised for installation, with optional rigging casters available for added convenience.
